Kerkyra FC veya AO Kerkyra (Yunanca: Αθλητικός Όμιλος Κέρκυρα - Athlitikos Omilos Kerkyra), Yunanistan'ın Korfu adasında bulunan futbol kulübü.
Kulüp 1967 yılında üç Korfu kulübünün birleşmesiyle «Kerkyraikos FC» adını aldı. 1968'de bazı oyuncuların memnun olmaması sebebiyle takımın adı «AO Kerkyra» olarak değiştirildi.
Uzun yıllar düşük liglerde mücadele eden takım 36 yıl sonra 2004'te Super League (Yunanistan)'ne yükseldi.
