Moskova Kremlini içinde bir binadır. 19. yüzyılın büyük bölümünde Rus imparatorunun Moskova'daki resmi ikametgâhı olarak hizmet etti. 14. yüzyılda tasarlanan saray. Mimar Konstantin Thon aynı zamanda Kremlin Cephaneliği'nin ve Kurtarıcı İsa Katedrali'nin de mimarıydı. Sovyetler Birliği döneminde Yüksek Sovyet konferanslarının ve toplantılarının yapıldığı yer olarak kullanıldı. 2024 yılı itibarıyla Büyük Kremlin Sarayı, Rusya cumhurbaşkanının resmi çalışma konutu olarak hizmet vermektedir. Aynı zamanda bir müzeye de ev sahipliği yapıyor.
