Machado de Castro Ulusal Müzesi, Coimbra, Portekiz'de bulunan ve adını ünlü Portekizli heykeltıraş Joaquim Machado de Castro'dan alan bir sanat müzesidir.
İlk olarak 1913'te açıldı, 2004–2012 arasında yeni bir bina eklendi ve yenilendi, 2014 Piranesi/Prix de Rome Ödülü'ne layık görüldü.
Müze koleksiyonunun büyük bir kısmı, Coimbra'yı çevreleyen bölgedeki kiliselerden ve dini kurumlardan oluşuyor. Heykel koleksiyonları (Portekiz'deki tüm ulusal müzelerin en kapsamlısı), resim, değerli metaller, seramik ve tekstil koleksiyonları özellikle dikkat çekicidir.
