Margravial Opera Evi (Almanca: Markgräfliches Opernhaus), Almanya'nın Bayreuth şehrinde, 1744-1748 yılları arasında inşa edilmiş olan Barok Opera salonudur.
Avrupa'nın, Barok dönemden kalma yaşayan sayılı tiyatro salonlarından birisidir ve kapsamlı bir şekilde restore edilmiştir.
30 Haziran 2012'de UNESCO tarafından Dünya Mirası olarak ilan edilmiştir.
