Vuk ve Dositej Müzesi Sırbistan'ın başkenti Belgrad'da bulunan bir müze.
1949'da kurulan müze Sırp edebiyat dili reformisti Vuk Stefanović Karadžić (1787-1864) ve Sırbistan ilk Eğitim Bakanı Dositej Obradović'in (1742-1811) hayatları, işleri ve geride bıraktıklarına dair öğeler barındırır.
Müze Osmanlı İmparatorluğu'na karşı gerçekleştirilen Sırp İsyanları ile birlikte Sırp kültürünün yerinden doğuşunu anlamak açısından önemlidir.
Müze 1979'dan beri Sırbistan Ulusal Müzesi tarafından yönetilir.
