235 metre uzunluğu ile Birleşik Krallık'ın en uzun ikinci binasıdır. Avrupa Birliği'nin yedinci, Avrupa'nın onyedinci uzun binası olan One Canada Square, Londra'nın göze çarpan bir işareti, Doğu ve Güney Londra'da uzak mesafelerden rahat bir şekilde görülebilmektedir.
50 katlıdır ve 1991'de inşaatı tamamlanmıştır. 40 metre yüksekliğinde piramit şeklinde bir çatısı vardır. Piramit çatısının ışıkları akşamları 32 km mesafeden görülebilmektedir.
