Petrela Kalesi (Arnavutça: Kalaja e Petrelës), Arnavutluk'un Tiran iline bağlı Petrela köyünde bulunan bir kaledir.
Kale, kayalık bir tepe üzerinde deniz seviyesinden 329 metre yüksekte yer almaktadır. 6. yüzyılda I. Justinianus tarafından inşa edilmiştir.
Petrela Kalesi, 6. yüzyılda inşa edilmiş bir kuleyi içeren zengin bir tarihe sahiptir. Çok sayıda ziyaretçiyi cezbeden kale Tiran'a yakın turistik yerlerden biridir.
İki gözlem kulesi olan üçgen biçime sahiptir. İlk kez eski zamanlarda yapılmış olsa da, günümüz yapı 15. yüzyıla kadar uzanmaktadır.
