Philip David Charles Collins, genel olarak bilinen adıyla Phil Collins (d. 30 Ocak 1951), İngiliz davulcu, şarkıcı, söz yazarı ve multi-entrümantalist.
Rock grubu Genesis'in vokalisti ve davulcusu olarak tanınan Collins, solo albümleriyle büyük bir ticari başarı yakalamış ve Grammy Ödülü kazanmıştır....But Seriously adlı 1989 albümünde yer alan "Another Day in Paradise" adlı evsizlerin ve sokakta yaşayanların sorunlarına dikkat çeken parça, Phil Collins'e ve albümün yapımcısı Hugh Padgham'a 1991 Grammy Ödülü'nü kazandırmıştır.
Ayrıca Collins, Tarzan filminin müzikleriyle Oscar ve Altın Küre Ödülü kazanmıştır.
