V. William (Willem Batavus; 8 Mart 1748 — 9 Nisan 1806) Oranj prensi ve Birleşik Hollanda Cumhuriyeti'nin son Stadhouderi.
1795'te Londra'ya sürgün edildi. Ayrıca 1806'ya ölümüne kadar Orange-Nassau Prensliği'nin yöneticisiydi. Öldükten sonra yerine oğlu I. Willem geçti.
