  • This was the 3rd incarnation of a Town Hall in Sheffield, one constructed in 1637 and another one in 1700, this present Grade II Listed building was constructed between 1807 -1808 from designs from architect Charles Watson, built in the Neoclassical style of architecture thats so pleasing on the eye, the building was extended in 1833 and then again in 1866.
