Şoğakat Kilisesi (Ermenice: Շողակաթ եկեղեցի; "Hripsime şehitleri üzerine cennetten gelen ışın ışığı nedeniyle "ışık düşüşü" anlamına gelir), Ermenistan'ın Eçmiyazin ilinde yer alan ve yedinci yüzyılda inşa edilmiş bir Ermeni Apostolik Kilisesidir. Ülkedeki en eski kiliselerden biridir. Eçmiyazin Katedrali yakınlarında yer almaktadır.
1694'te Katolikos Nahabed döneminde Prens Aghamal Sorotetsi tarafından yaptırılmıştır.
2000 yılında Ermeni ana kilisesi Eçmiyazin Katedrali gibi yakınlardaki diğer kiliselerle birlikte UNESCO Dünya Mirası olarak listelenmiştir.
