Özbekistan Milli Kütüphanesi, Özbekistan'ın tüm basılı yayınların toplanıp ve saklandığı Taşkent'te bulunan bir kütüphanedir.
1870 yılında Taşkent Halk Kütüphanesi olarak kurulmuştur. 1920 yılında ismi Özbekistan Devlet Halk Kütüphanesi ve niteliği Milli Kütüphane olarak değiştirmiştir. Bu değişiklikle Türkistan'da ki tüm basılı yayınlar için toplama ve saklama yeri olmuştur.
1947'de Özbek şair Ali-Şir Navai'nin doğumunun 500. yılı nedeniyle Ali-Şir Navai adını aldı.
12 Nisan 2002 tarihinde Cumhurbaşkanı ve Bakanlar Kurulu Kararı uyarınca «ulusal» statüsü alınarak Özbekistan Cumhuriyeti Milli Kütüphanesi olarak yeniden adlandırıldı.
