Stella Adler (10 Şubat 1901 — 21 Aralık 1992), Amerikalı kadın oyuncu ve ülkesinin en önde gelen oyunculuk öğretmenlerinden biri.
New York'ta ünlü Yahudi Adler ailesinin bir ferdi olarak dünyaya geldi. Stella Adler, oyunculuk sanatında Konstantin Stanislavski'den ders alan tek Amerikalı oyuncudur. Marlon Brando, Robert De Niro gibi birçok ünlü oyuncunun ilk oyunculuk öğretmenidir.
1926 ve 1952 yılları arası Broadway'de sıkça sahne aldı. Sadece üç sinema filminde rol aldı ve bunlardan birisi 1941 yapımı Shadow of the Thin Man'dir.
Günümüzde Los Angeles'ta bir oyunculuk akademisi bulunmaktadır.
