Thishiwe Ziqubu (5 Ağustos 1985) Güney Afrikalı bir yönetmen, senarist ve oyuncu.
Kariyerine başlamasına yardımcı olan 2011 drama filmi Man on Ground'da oyunculuk yaptı. Romantik komedi Tell Me Sweet Something'deki Tshaka rolüyle Afrika Film Akademisi Ödülleri 2016'da En İyi Yardımcı Kadın Oyuncu ödülünü kazandı.
Senarist ve yönetmen olarak önce üç bağımsız kısa film yazıp yönetti: Out Of Luck, Subdued ve Between the Lines.
