The museum is located in a historic building of the early 20th century, designed by Tula architect Vladimir Sirotkin in a classical style, and the location near the walls of the Tula Kremlin makes it convenient to visit as part of any city tour. For three centuries, the samovar has been a symbol of hospitality and one of the business cards of Tula.
