University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (U of I, Illinois Üniversitesi, UIUC), ABD'nin Illinois eyaletinde kurulu, araştırma ağırlıklı bir devlet üniversitesidir. Illinois eyaletinin ortak üniversite sisteminin başını çeken en büyük kurumdur.
Kampüsünde bulunan kütüphane sistemi ABD'de ikinci en büyük üniversite kütüphanesi ve ülkedeki en büyük beşinci kütüphanedir. Üniversitenin 17 fakültesinde 150'den fazla program sunulmaktadır.
