Yoko Shimomura (下村 陽子, Shimomura Yōko, 19 Ekim 1967 doğumlu), öncelikle video oyunlarındaki çalışmaları ile tanınan bir Japon besteci ve piyanist.
1988 yılında Osaka Müzik Koleji'nden mezun oldu ve aynı yıl Capcom'a katılarak video oyun sektöründe çalışmaya başladı. Orada Final Fight, Street Fighter II ve The King of Dragons dahil olmak üzere birçok oyun için müzik yazdı.
Shimomura'nın üzerinde çalıştığı diğer tanınmış oyunlar arasında Super Mario RPG, Mario & Luigi serisi, Parasite Eve, Legend of Mana ve Xenoblade Chronicles yer alıyor.
