Onega Gölü (Onego Gölü olarak da bilinir), Petersburg'un 320 km kuzeydoğusunda yer alan, Avrupa'nın ikinci (yakınındaki Ladoga Gölü'nden sonra) büyük tatlı su gölü olan Onega Gölü'nün yüzölçümü 9800 km2, uzunluğu 240 km, genişliği 100 km dolayındadır.
Yılda altı ay donan gölün kıyılarındaki tek büyük kent, Petrozavodsk'tur.
2021 yılında UNESCO tarafından Onega Gölü ve Beyaz Deniz Petroglifleri adı altında bir Dünya Mirası Alanı olarak listelenmiştir.
