Church of Jesus the Merciful - Catholic Cathedral in Vitebsk. This temple is one of the most modern religious buildings in the city and the first church built in the northern capital of Belarus in 124 years. If you look at the history of the city, you can find out that before the 1917 revolution in the city of Vitebsk there were about 10 Catholic shrines, most of which were destroyed by the Soviet government.
