Charlie Clouser (tam adı Charles Alexander Clouser, d. 28 Haziran 1963, Hanover, New Hampshire), Amerikalı yapımcı, besteci, müzisyen.
Keyboard ve davul da çalan Clouser, müzik endüstrisinde genel olan mix konusunda görev yapmıştır. Marilyn Manson, Rammstein, White Zombie, Type O Negative gibi gruplara remix yaptı. 1997 Grammy Ödülleri'nde programlama yaptığı iki şarkı aday oldu.
Katil Doğanlar filminin soundtrack'inde Trent Reznor ile çalışan Clouser, Reznor'un grubu Nine Inch Nails'in 1994-2000 tarihleri arasında üyesiydi.
Film müzikleri de yapan Clouser Testere filmlerinin de müziğini yapmış ve ana şarkı olan Hello Zepp'i bestelemiştir.
