Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano, Ferrari'nin 2007 yılı için hazırlandığı Berlinetta modelidir (GTB - Gran Turismo Berlinetta).
Önden motorlu 12 silindirli coupe modellerde 550 - 575M Maranello serisinin yerini almıştır. Sportif performansta önemli rol oynayan ön - arka ağırlık dağılımını dengeleyerek aracın stabilitesini yükseltmek amacı ile motor diğer önden motorlu Ferrari'lerde olduğu gibi ön aksın arkasında, mümkün olduğunca geride konumlandırılmıştır.
Araç ismindeki "599" ibaresini motor hacminden almaktadır. Ferrari Enzo ile aynı temeli paylaşan 12 silindirli, 5999cc hacimli Tipo F133F motor, 612 bhp güç ve 608 Nm tork üretmektedir.
