Santorini (Yunanca: Σαντορίνη), Thira (Yunanca: Θήρα) ya da Santoron, Ege Denizi'nde, Yunanistan'ın 200 km güney doğusunda yer alan volkanik adalar grubu.
MÖ 1650 - 1450 yılları arasında volkan Minos Patlaması adı verilen püskürmeyle kısa sürede çökerek adanın 73 kilometrekarelik bir alanının deniz altında kalmasına yol açtı. Bu tarihte bilinen en büyük volkanik etkinliklerden biridir, Doğu Akdeniz'de çok büyük yıkıcı etkiler yaratan doğa olaylarına neden olmuştur.
