Luis Clemente Posada Carriles (d. 15 Şubat 1928 — ö. 23 Mayıs 2018), Amerikan Merkezi İstihbarat Ajansı (CIA) adına çalışmış Küba asıllı askerî personel ve istihbaratçıdır.
Amerika Birleşik Devletleri Federal Soruşturma Bürosu ve Küba Hükûmeti tarafından terörist olduğu düşünülüyordu. Amerika'dan ülkesi Küba'ya gönderilerek burarada sürgünde yaşamıştır.
