Mount Yamantau (Bashkir : Ямантау, Russian : гора Ямантау) is a mountain in the Ural Mountains, located in Beloretsky District, Bashkortostan, Russia. Standing at 1,640 metres (5,381 ft) it is the highest mountain in the Southern Ural section, and is featured within the South Ural Nature Reserve.

Rusya Federasyonu'nun Başkurdistan Cumhuriyeti'nin Beloretsky semtinde yer almaktadır. Deniz seviyesinden yükseklik - 1640,4 m.
Maly Yamantau zirvesi (1512,7 m), 2 kilometre güneydoğuda yer almaktadır.
Güney Ural Rezervi topraklarında yer almaktadır. Yamantau eteğinin 10 km batısında şehir (ZATO) Mezhgorye.
