Amerikan Kongre Binası (İngilizce: United States Capitol) Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nin yönetimini yürüten ABD Kongresi'nin ikamet yeridir. Bina ABD'nin başkenti Washington, DC'deki Capitol Hill bölgesinde ve de National Mall bölgesinin doğu ucunda yer almaktadır.
Orijinal bina 1792 yılında Thomas Jefferson tarafından organize edilen bir yarışma ile belirlenmesine karar verildi. Yarışmaya son anda giren ve de amatör bir mimar olan William Thornton'un 31 Ocak 1793'te sunduğu tasarımı 5 Nisan 1793 tarihinde resmen kabul edildi. Ancak bu tasarım hem inşaat sırasında hem de ilerleyen yıllarda oldukça değişikliklere uğradı.
