Santa Croce Bazilikası (İtalyanca: Basilica di Santa Croce; İngilizce: Basilica of the Holy Cross: Kutsal Haç Kilisesi), İtalya, Floransa'da Franciskan mezhebinin en önemli kilisesi olup, Roma Katoliik Kilisesi'nin küçük bir basilikasıdır.
Santa Croce Meydanı'nda konumlanır ve Duomo'nin yaklaşık 800 metre güneyindedir. Yapı yeri (ilk seçildiğinde) şehir surlarının dışında ve bataklık bir topraktı.
Michelangelo, Galileo, Machiavelli, Foscolo, Gentile, Rossini ve Marconi gibi bazı en meşhur İtalyanların mezar yeridir. Bu nedenle ayrıca Temple of the Italian Glories (İtalyan övünmeler tapınağı) olarak da bilinir.
