Roy Jackson hails from Richmond, California. He graduated from the University of California Berkeley, where he walked on the football team and eventually earned a scholarship. It was there, where he was introduced to acting and began studying the craft. Roy also trained at the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco and performed community-theater throughout the Bay Area.
