Aya Titos Katedrali, Girit'in Kandiye şehrinde bulunan ve Aziz Titos'a adanmış bir Ortodoks kilisesidir.
1856 yılındaki depremde yerinde bulunan binanın yıkılması sonrasında 1869 yılında yerine inşa edilen Yeni Cami'nin, 1925 yılında kiliseye dönüştürülmesi ile Hristiyan ibadetine açılmıştır.
Kilise, 2013 yılında Girit başpiskoposluğunun katedrali olarak ilan edilmiştir.
Kilise, eklektik tarzda, kubbeli kare planlı bir yapıdır. Yapının dış cephesinde dikey unsurlar baskın olup üst kısımda taş oyma bir apsis bulunmaktadır.
