Fransa Stadyumu (Fransızca: Stade de France), Fransa'nın başkenti Paris'in merkezinden 9 km uzaklıktaki Saint-Denis şehrinde bulunan bir futbol stadyumudur.
Stadın kapasitesi 81.338 kişiliktir. Yapımına 1995 yılında başlanıp 28 Ocak 1998 tarihinde Fransa'nın İspanya'yı 1-0 yendiği maçla açılmıştır. Ayrıca konserlere ve daha bir sürü organizasyona ev sahipliği yapmaktadır.
1998 FIFA Dünya Kupası'nda finalde Fransa'nın Brezilya'yı 3-0 yenip kupaya uzandığı maç burada oynanmıştır.
