The Jefferson Memorial in Washington, DC is a dome-shaped rotunda that honors our third president, Thomas Jefferson. A 19-foot bronze statue of Jefferson is surrounded by passages from the Declaration of Independence and Jefferson’s other writings. The Jefferson Memorial is one of the most popular attractions in the nation's capital and is located on the Tidal Basin, surrounded by a grove of trees making it especially beautiful during Cherry Blossom season in the spring.

Thomas Jefferson Anıtı Birleşik Devletlerin kurucularından ve üçüncü başkanı Thomas Jefferson'a adanmış ve de ABD'nin başkenti Washington'da yer alan bir anıttır.
Neoklasik mimariye sahip olan yapı John Russell Pope tarafından tasarlandı. Philadelphialı bir müteahhit olan John McShain tarafından inşaatına 1939 yılında başlandı. 1943 yılında tamamlanan yapıya Thomas Jefferson'un bronz anıtı ise 1947 yılında eklendi.
Thomas Jefferson Anıtı 2007 yılında AIA tarafından yapılan Amerika’nın Favori Mimarlık Listesi oylamasında 4. sırada yer almıştır.
