Rusya Devlet Kütüphanesi, Moskova'da bulunan bir ulusal kütüphanedir.
17,5 milyonu aşkın kitaba sahip olan yapı dünyanın en büyük dördüncü kütüphanesidir. 1925-1992 yılları arasında V. I. Lenin SSCB Devlet Kütüphanesi adıyla anılmıştır.
Kütüphanede 43 milyonun üzerinde kayıt bulunmaktadır. Bunların 13 milyonu dergi, 350.000'i ses kaydı, 150.000'i ise eşlemdir. 247 farklı dilden oluşan yabancı seçki ise tüm kütüphanenin %29'luk bölümünü oluşturmaktadır.
Kütüphane 1922-1991 yılları arasında SSCB'de basılmış tüm yapıtların birer kopyasını barındırmaktadır.
