Newcastle Üniversitesi (İngilizce: University of Newcastle upon Tyne), kuzeydoğu İngiltere'de Newcastle'da yer alan araştırma odaklı bir üniversitedir.
Üniversite 1834 yılında Tıp Okulu adı altında kurulmuştur. Ağustos 1963'te alınan kararla birlikte Newcastle upon Tyne Üniversitesi haline geldi.
Newcastle Üniversitesi Russell Grubu'na üyedir. Üniversite bir kamu üniversitesi olup; 14.000 lisans, 5.600 yüksek lisans öğrencisi eğitim görmektedir.
