Willis Kulesi, eski adıyla Sears Tower, dünyanın en yüksek gökdelenlerinden biridir.
440 metre yüksekliğindeki 110 katlı bu gökdelen içerisinde çeşitli ofisler yer almaktadır fakat turizm açısından önemli kısmı olan Sky Deck katı gökdelenin yani gökdelenin teras bölümü 360 derecelik Şikago manzarasına sahiptir.
1996 yılına kadar dünyanın en yüksek kulesi olan Willis Tower, 1970 yılında Skidmore, Owings ve Merrill tarafından tasarlanmıştır. Günümüzde ise Kuzey Amerika kıtasının en yüksek ikinci, dünyanın ise en yüksek 14. binasıdır.
