Yokohama Landmark Tower, Japonya'nın en yüksek ikinci binası ve en yüksek dördüncü yapısıdır. Bina, Minato Mirai 21 bölgesinde Yokohama Sanat Müzesi'nin yanında yer almaktadır.
Bina, 296,3 metre yüksekliğinde olup 73 katlıdır. Yokohama Landmark Tower inşa edildiğinde Japonya'nın en yüksek binası olup bu unvanı 2012 yılında Abeno Harukas almıştır.
Binanın 49-70 katlarında toplam 603 odalı bir beş yıldızlı otel bulunmaktadır. Diğer alt katlarda ise mağazalar, restoranlar, klinikler ve ofisler bulunmaktadır.
