Montevideo Metropolitan Cathedral has stood for over 100 years in Plaza Ituzaingo in the heart of the historic district of Montevideo. It's the largest Catholic church in Uruguay and is dedicated to the Immaculate Conception and the Apostles Philip and James. It was declared as a National Historic Landmark.
