Mardin'in Nusaybin ilçesinde bulunan bir Ortodoks kilisesidir. Nusaybin piskoposu olarak görev yapan Mor Yakup tarafından yaptırılmıştır. İçinde Mor Yakup'un türbesi de bulunmaktadır. Yukarı Mezopotamya'nın en eski kiliselerinden biri olarak kabul edilir.
