Mor Yakup Kilisesi, Mardin'in Nusaybin ilçesinde bulunan bir Ortodoks kilisesidir. Nusaybin piskoposu olarak görev yapan Mor Yakup tarafından yaptırılmıştır. İçinde Mor Yakup'un türbesi de bulunmaktadır.
Yukarı Mezopotamya'nın en eski kiliselerinden biri olarak kabul edilir. Vaftizhane olarak inşa edilen güney kilisesinde, Mor Yakup’un tabutunun saklandığı yere girip çıkanlar için düşünülmüş çift merdivenli bir bölüm yer alır.
