Yaroslavl State University is a public university in Yaroslavl, Russia. It began in 1803 with the establishment of the Demidov Law School, which later became a university in 1918. In 1970, it was reestablished as a modern university. Natural sciences, language studies, humanities, and law are among the undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs available at the university.
