Brighton & Hove Albion takımının iç saha maçlarına ev sahipliği yapmaktadır. 30 Temmuz 2011 tarihinde Tottenham takımıyla oynanan dostluk maçıyla birlikte kullanıma açılmıştır. Stadyum 31 Mayıs 2011 tarihinde kulübe teslim edildi. Stadyumda oynanan ilk resmi maç, 2010-11 sezonunda 16 Temmuz 2011 tarihinde Brighton ve Eastbourne Borough arasında oynanan Sussex Senior Cup finalidir. Stadyumdaki ilk lig maçıda Brighton takımı ile Doncaster Rovers arasında oynanmıştır.
