Genel bilgiler
Renault tarafından 1968-1980 arasında üretilmiş bir otomobildir. Renault'un ilk numaralılarından biridir. İlk olarak R4'ün 747 cc'lik motoruyla üretilmekte idi. Daha sonra 1970'te 1.1 litrelik Cléon motor kullanmaya başlamış, bu da R4'ten büyük olan R6 için kayda değer bir gelişme olmuştur.
