Steven Maxwell Porcaro (2 Eylül 1957 doğumlu), rock grubu Toto'nun kurucu üyelerinden biri ve hayatta kalan son Porcaro erkek kardeşi (Jeff'in ölümünden sonra) olarak bilinen Amerikalı bir klavyeci, söz yazarı, şarkıcı ve film bestecisidir.
"Rosanna" için Yılın Rekoru ve Toto IV için Yılın Albümü dahil olmak üzere üç Grammy kazandı ve üç adaylık kazandı.
Porcaro, Yes (Union ve Open Your Eyes'da) ve Jefferson Airplane'in (kendi adını taşıyan 1989 yeniden birleşme albümlerinde) kayıtlarında seans müzisyeni olarak yer aldı. Ayrıca 1992'de Chris Squire'ın kısa ömürlü grubu The Chris Squire Experiment'in bir üyesiydi.
