Philip Parris «Phil» Lynott (d. 20 Ağustos 1949 — 4 Ocak 1986) ünlü İrlandalı Rock müzik grubu Thin Lizzy'nin İrlandalı müzisyendir.
Lynott, Thin Lizzy grubunun kurucu üyelerinden olup ana şarkı sözü yazarı, vokalisti ve bas gitaristiydi. Grubun lideri olarak, Lynott'un vokali ve bas gitarının; «Whiskey in the Jar», «The Boys are Back in Town», «Jailbreak» ve «Waiting for an Alibi» gibi büyük ticari başarı kazanan ve popüler olarak şarkılardaki başarısında önemli yeri vardı.
