Arthur Rackham (d. 19 Eylül 1867, Londra — 6 Eylül 1939, Limpsfield, Surrey), ünlü İngiliz kitap ressamı.
Rackham'ın tasvir yaptığı başlıca eserler, çocuk kitaplarıdır: Grimm Kardeşler'in Peri Masalları (1900), Rip van Winkle (1905) ve Alice Harikalar Diyarında (13 renkli tablo, 1907).
Rackham 1939'da Limpsfield'daki evinde kanserden öldü.
