Крупный центр исполнительских искусств, строящийся в Рабате, столице Марокко. Здание спроектировано Захой Хадид и ее архитектурным бюро Zaha Hadid Architects. Планирование проекта началось в 2010 году, а строительство официально началось 7 октября 2014 года. Завершение проекта было запланировано на конец 2019 года.
