Продолжается совместная операция ФБР, ЕВРОПОЛА, Корпуса национальной полиции Нидерландов, Федерального управления уголовной полиции Германии , Полиции по борьбе с киберпреступностью Польши и Национального агентства по борьбе с преступностью Великобритании по закрытию сервисов "booter/stresser", предлагающих услуги по проведению DDoS-атак по найму. Начиная с 2018 года в ходе операции были закрыты 48 веб-сайтов, предлагающих услуги DDoS-атаки, и шесть человек были арестованы в Соединенных Штатах. Несколько компаний, включая Cloudflare, PayPal и DigitalOcean, предоставили информацию ФБР для оказания помощи в захвате.
