The National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Seoul (MMCA) is a contemporary art museum with the main museum in Gwacheon and three branches each in Deoksugung, Seoul and Cheongju. The museum was first established in 1969 as the country's only national art museum that houses Korea's modern and contemporary art and international art from different time periods.
