The Taj Mahal was built in 1631 during the time of Mughal emperor Shah Jahan. This building was built by Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Actually, construction was started in 1631, but it was completed in 1648 and is about 73 meters in height, built by its architects “Ustad Ahmad Lahori and Ustad Isa”.
