500 gram kıyma, 1 soğan, 1 havuç, 1 su bardağı bezelye, 1 kase mantar, tuz, karabiber, 2 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ, yarım demet taze nane, 1 yemek salça, yarım su bardağı sıcak su, 500 gram haşlanmış patates, 1 yemek kaşığı tereyağ, yarım su bardağı süt, 1 su bardağı kaşar rendesi. Soğan yemeklik doğranır, küp küp doğranmış havuçla 2-3 dk sotelenir. Dilimlenmiş mantarlar eklenip suyunu salıp çekene kadar kavrulur ve bir tabağa alınır. Daha sonra kıyma kavrulur, diğer sebzeler ve salça eklenir. En son bezelye de eklenip yarım bardak su eklenir. Su fazla koyulmamalı çok az sulu kalmalı pişince. En son tuz, baharatlar ve taze nane eklenir. Kavrulan harç borcama aktarılır.
