It was completed in 1969 by the Richardson family of Winnipeg and serves as the headquarters of James Richardson & Sons, Limited. The thirty-two story building stands one hundred twenty-four metres tall (407 ft), making it the second tallest building in Winnipeg. It has 637,918 square feet (59,264.5 m2) of total floor space, and is clad in pre-cast Manitoba granite and solar bronze double-glazed glass.
