Semyon İvanoviç Dezhnyov (d. 1605, Veliky Ustyug, Rusya — ö. 1673, Moskova), Rus kâşif. Bering Boğazı'nı bir gemi ile geçen bilinen ilk Avrupalı'dır. Dezhnyov bunu Bering'den 80 yıl önce gerçekleştirmiştir.
Ancak bu keşfi neredeyse yüz yıl içinde unutulmuş ve Vitus Bering, sonradan kendi adını taşıyacak boğazın kâşifi olarak kabul edilmiştir.
